Part-Time Maintenance / Facility Support

We are seeking a mechanically inclined, dependable individual to provide general facility maintenance and support Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Minor maintenance and routine plumbing repairs
  • Priming and painting walls and trim
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
  • Cleaning and restocking coffee machines and supplies
  • Restocking soap and sanitizer stations
  • Other basic facility tasks as directed

Requirements: Good English communication skills, mechanically inclined, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 20–25 hours per week, with anticipated hours of either 7:00 AM–12:00 PM or 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
