Job Posting: Maintenance Staff (Part Time)

6am-1pm

1pm-6pm

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Staff member to join our team. As a Maintenance Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of our public facilities and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
  • Assist in the upkeep of buildings and recreational areas, ensuring they remain clean and safe for public use.
  • Participate in seasonal maintenance activities such as snow removal, landscaping, and general cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
