Job description

Job Title: Repairs & Maintenance Team Member

Location: Chick-fil-A Macland Crossing

Job Summary

The Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) Team Member is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant's equipment, facilities, and property are maintained at a high standard. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and upholding Chick-fil-A Macland Crossing's commitment to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections of restaurant equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and overall building maintenance.

Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with kitchen and dining room equipment.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs.

Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and supplies.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Assist with minor carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks as needed.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from leadership and team members.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.

Must be available late nights and Sunday's to work outside of restaurant operations.

Qualifications

Prior experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
