Maintenance Worker - Entry Level

Location: Wallingford & Naugatuck, CT

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)

Compensation: Based on experience

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support multiple Dunkin' locations in Naugatuck and Wallingford, CT. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and learning new skills. No formal education is required-just a strong work ethic and a willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment (training provided)
  • Perform routine maintenance to landscaping
  • Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
  • Travel between locations to respond to maintenance needs
  • Monitor and report equipment issues or safety concerns
  • Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding completed tasks and upcoming needs
