Job Title: Part-Time Handyman / Grounds Maintenance Worker

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (25 hours per week)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Handyman / Grounds Maintenance Worker to assist with the general upkeep, maintenance, and appearance of our property. This position involves primarily outdoor work, including landscaping, vehicle washing, painting, and minor repairs. Retirees are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and maintaining outdoor areas.

• Water plants, shrubs, and landscaped areas as needed.

• Wash and clean company vehicles and equipment.

• Assist with painting projects, touch-ups, and surface preparation.

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor work areas.

• Inspect property and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.

• Assist with other maintenance, repair, or improvement projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous handyman, maintenance, landscaping, or related experience preferred.

• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.

• Valid driver's license.
