Job description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. In this role, you will greet guests, manage incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.
You may also support other office services such as mail/shipping, hospitality, and general office operations, making you a key part of delivering a seamless workplace experience.

What you will be doing
  • Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide a 5-star customer service experience.
  • Manage visitor registration, temporary badges, and ensure NDA compliance for all guests.
  • Route calls efficiently and assist employees with inquiries or service requests.
  • Support mail and package handling, including receiving, sorting, and notifying employees of deliveries.
  • Assist with meeting room scheduling, event setups, and basic office administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain office areas such as reception, pantry, and conference rooms in a clean and organized condition.
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies as needed.

What we need from you
  • 1-3 years of experience in receptionist, concierge, administrative, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, phone systems, and basic office equipment.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Physical Demands:
  • Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
