Job Description
Hudapack Metal Treating, Inc. is seeking General Labor people to join us at our Franklin, Wisconsin facility. Flexible Hours/Part Time Shifts/School-Friendly Hours available. Hudapack Metal Treating, Inc. is a leader in employee safety, quality, and productivity.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Painting of parts
Straightening of parts (no experience necessary)
Ability to load and unload parts from baskets or customer containers
Ability to load and unload parts from a blast cleaning machine
Ability to place the product in the appropriate area for the next step
Ability to use the crane (and chains) in a safe, efficient manner
Small parts Induction Operator
Administrative duties
Other items as needed
Special Skills/Education/Experience Required:
  • Must have excellent communications skills and be able to work well with others
Qualification:
  • Be 18 or older
  • Have a demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
  • Starting hourly rate of up to $18 per hour
This position requires the following physical and mental demands consisting of, but not limited to the following:
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to bend, pull, stoop and reach to perform functions
  • May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc.
  • Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
