Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring a Part-Time Onsite Inventory Associate to join our team!
 

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule. In this role, your objective will be to support our customers by preparing, delivering, and replenishing inventory at key accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working independently, and interacting with customers in a hands-on environment. You will represent Mallory at customer locations and help ensure their teams have the safety products they need to stay protected on the job.


Schedule & Work Environment
 
  • Part-time: 16–24 hours per week
  • Typically 2–3 days per week (schedule may vary)
  • Work is performed at customer sites and warehouse locations
  • This is a driving position – operating a company transit van
  • Customer-facing role requiring professionalism and reliability
     
How You’ll Make an Impact
 
  • Fill vending machines and inventory systems at key customer accounts
  • Prepare for deliveries by running refill and inventory reports
  • Pull and verify inventory prior to delivery
  • Prep products (e.g., folding gloves and organizing items) for vending machines
  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory and organization standards
  • Provide excellent customer service while onsite
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and problem-solve in real time

What We’re Looking For
 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift
  • Strong customer service skills and comfort working in a public-facing role
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
