Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues.  Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Social Worker position.

The Clinical Social Worker serves as a critical member of our treatment team. They provide a thorough psychosocial assessment, group therapeutic services and education, treatment planning, and coordination of care.

Current License in the State of Michigan as a LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLCSW, LCSW

Master's level preparation from an accredited school

Experience on an inpatient psychiatric unit preferred
