About the role:

At Fermented Food Holdings, every role contributes to both individual growth and the success of the organization. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to support day-to-day administrative operations and help ensure the Madison office runs smoothly and efficiently. Accountable For:

  • Coordinate core leadership meetings and company events, ensuring logistics, materials, and follow-up items are managed effectively.
  • Partnering with IT to maintain and update group email distribution lists and related office communication tools.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing documents, maintaining records, processing office paperwork, and assisting with day-to-day office needs.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with vendors, clients, and service providers for office equipment, catering, repairs, and related services.
  • Maintain kitchens, conference rooms, stockrooms, and other shared office spaces in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
  • Coordinate occasional customer, investor, and guest visits, including scheduling, logistics, meeting space preparation, and hospitality needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries, providing timely support and helping foster a positive, productive workplace environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing general mail distribution and related office communications.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
