Part time Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for busy Plumbing company.
A leader in the Plumbing and Sewer/Drain Industry is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our established team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a stable company with a solid record of growth and top performance.
This position is part-time approximately 20-30 hours per week. Set work hours will be discussed in the interview. Saturday shift is mandatory.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
  • Enter call details into Service Titan
  • Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
  • Dispatch technicians to jobs
  • Close out jobs with information given by technician
  • Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
  • Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
  • Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum two years admin experience is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team player who can work independently
