Job description

Job Description A highly reputable healthcare system in Massachusetts is searching for Registered Nurses for its Emergency Department. In this role, you will be an essential patient care team member and responsible for delivering direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. You will triage patients, assess symptoms, plan interventions, implement treatment plans, evaluate responses to interventions, and revise care plans based on overall effectiveness.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, compassionate team that promotes an inclusive work culture and work-life balance. Responsibilities: Provide individualized and goal-directed nursing care. Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients' needs.

Document care provided and the patient's progress toward desired outcomes. Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge. Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. A BSN is preferred. Active RN License.
