Familiarity with kitchen equipment, point-of-sale systems, and certifications such as a food handler's permit are typically required. Strong time management, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure set top candidates apart. These skills are essential to ensure efficient food preparation, consistent quality, and a safe, collaborative kitchen environment.
