What You'll Do:

  • Safe Delivery Operations: Safely navigate to customer locations, follow all traffic laws, and efficiently deliver orders using your reliable personal vehicle.
  • Transaction Management: Accurately collect proper cash amounts or secure credit card slip totals and customer signatures upon delivery.
  • Driver Safety Protocol: Strictly adhere to our safety standards by never carrying more than $50 on your person at any point during your shift to ensure you are not a target for theft or robbery.
  • Vehicle Branding: Properly mount and wear a provided car-topper sign on your vehicle before starting every shift.
  • In-Shop Support: When not actively out on a delivery, you are expected to jump in and be ready to help the dedicated in-shop team with all tasks, including taking orders, making sandwiches, prep work, and cleaning.
  • Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, energetic experience for our guests both at their door and inside the shop.

Schedule Requirements:

  • Part-Time Hours: General flexibility with scheduling
  • Typical Driver Shifts: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Closing Shift).
  • Scheduling: Team members are expected to be fully accountable for their schedules, which are managed conveniently through the 7shifts online platform.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Pay: $11.00/hour (Day shifts) / $12.00/hour (Evening shifts after 4:00 PM)
