Job description

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community with over 400 Members. We believe team members are our greatest resource and are looking for people who share our commitment to provide quality care for seniors and their families. We deliver high-quality care with a personal touch and encourage our Members to enjoy life to the fullest.

The Transportation Specialist is responsible for transporting members for both scheduled trips and individual member requests. Transport residents following routine scheduled shopping excursions and resident requested appointments. Keep vehicles in repair; observe safety regulations and requirements. Schedule routine preventive maintenance for vehicle. Deliver packages, flowers, mail etc. to Member homes.

Applicant must currently possess CDL to be considered and be able to communicate well with the senior population.

Applicant must also be very knowledgeable of the Chapel Hill/Durham area.

Hours: Part Time
