As a member of our Solutions Center team, you will become a go to team member delivering creative, personalized solutions that turn every customer interaction into a great experience and keep our industry-leading reputation strong.

What You'll Do

  • Provide caring, one-on-one customer service to resolve issues and create happy, loyal customers
  • Serve as the central point of communication with customers, showroom teams, distribution center, and vendors
  • Handle high volumes of professional phone calls and emails
  • Process and submit vendor warranty claims
  • Coordinate repairs with our in-house repair department
  • Quickly master multiple computer systems and become a trusted product expert on our furniture collections
