Data Coordinator

Salary Range: $20.50 - $22.00/hour depending on experience + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).

The Data Coordinator position is a part-time (20 hours/week) administrative position. This person assists the Lead Agency Team with all administrative responsibilities as well as managing all financial/billing and data entry and coordination in a fast-paced environment. Our Team works within the Department of Children and Families and is responsible for implementing, managing and accurately accounting for their service delivery models and the State budgets associated. An appropriate candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel and all Microsoft365 applications, creating/managing spreadsheets, attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Department of Children and Family's service delivery models are beneficial but not required. This person willdemonstrate strong customer service skills such as outgoing and energizing demeanor. An ability to problem solve and have excellent communication skills.
What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other business tools for program purposes.
  • Enter, track and manipulate data based on programmatic needs.
  • Develop and produce weekly/monthly reports for the Program Director and DCF area office as needed.
  • Entry of all case-specific documents for cases assigned to the ALA into the electronic iFamilyNet case record.  
  • Data entry into program and/or funding source databases.
  • Perform clerical tasks as assigned including and not limited to: copying, faxing, filing, typing, collating/compiling reports, proposals, manuals, packets, etc.
