Job Title: Marketing & Sales Intern - NY

Location: New York, NY (On-Site)
Schedule: Part-Time, 16–24 hours per week
Pay Range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Reports To: Jr. Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Marketing & Sales Intern will support the New York team with marketing, sales support, project coordination, and fragrance library management. This role offers hands-on experience within the fragrance and beauty industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating marketing materials, fragrance pyramids, presentations, and competitive analyses.
  • Support the development and organization of the fragrance library.
  • Manage and track fragrance submissions, competitive samples, and new product launches.
  • Assist the sales team with sample requests and projects in Formpak.
  • Support administrative functions, including project tracking and client communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
