Job Title: Assistant Photographer (Part-Time)

St. Louis CITY SC is seeking an experienced Assistant Photographer to support the Senior Team Photographer across matchdays, training sessions, studio shoots, and content production. This role is designed for someone who can work independently, follow established workflows, and collaborate professionally with players, coaches, staff, and the creative team. Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Team Photographer during home matches, club amp; sponsor events, and content shoots
Capture high-quality imagery that supports our established visual storytelling style across platforms
Edit, cull, and deliver images efficiently using established workflows
Transmit images live during matches as required
Help maintain and organize the club’s digital asset library
Anticipate photographic and logistical needs to support fast-paced days
Collaborate effectively with the creative team and other staff, upholding the core values of the club
Qualifications
Experience photographing soccer or other fast-paced sports
Proficiency with professional camera systems and lenses (Sony preferred, not required)
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, and Photoshop
Experience with Capture One and Photo Mechanic preferred
Experience with studio photography and lighting systems is a plus
Ability to work independently within established workflows
Professionalism when working around athletes, staff, and in an office environment

Equipment
Candidate may be expected to use a combination of personal and club-provided equipment
Workflow and digital asset management procedures will be provided; advanced DAM skills are not required
Reporting amp; Schedule
Reports directly to the Senior Team Photographer
Approximately 25-30 hours per week, year-round
Availability required for home matches, training sessions, and content production
Schedule varies based on team needs; occasional nights and weekends required
