Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills help in assisting patrons and collaborating with colleagues. These skills ensure efficient library operations and a welcoming environment for all visitors.

What are some common challenges faced by part-time library staff, and how can they be managed?

Part-time library staff often face challenges such as adapting to varying schedules, staying updated on library policies, and balancing customer service with administrative tasks.
