Job description

We are seeking a Part Time Leasing Agent/Office Assistant to join our team! The position would begin by learning the leasing process and office administration and expand to assist the current Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with additional duties as needed.

Approximately 8-12 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing tenant occupancy through: Generating prospective tenant traffic, Responding to all prospective and existing tenant inquiries, Working with existing tenants to maximize retention, and Ensuring site team is working in harmony to achieve this goal.
  • All activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals; Preparation and appropriate execution of necessary documentation
  • Providing high quality resident service

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, leasing, office administration, customer service, or other related fields preferred
  • Familiarity with apartment leases
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work weekends as scheduled
  • Ability to be on your feet and navigate residential properties
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Keen eye for detail and good organizational skills
  • High integrity, discretion, and respect for client privacy
  • Self motivation
  • Ability to follow up on issues/concerns until all parties are satisfied
