Located in charming Port Clinton, Ohio, Edgewood Manor is committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. Our Laundry team plays an important role in making our facility feel like home.

What You'll Do

As a Laundry Assistant, you'll help ensure residents have clean clothing, linens, and other personal items available when they need them. Responsibilities include:

  • Washing, drying, folding, and organizing resident clothing and facility linens

  • Properly labeling and distributing resident clothing and personal items

  • Collecting soiled laundry and delivering clean laundry throughout the facility

  • Operating washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely

  • Keeping the laundry area clean, organized, and sanitary

  • Following infection control and safety procedures

  • Handling residents' personal belongings with care and respect

  • Maintaining appropriate laundry supplies and notifying leadership when items need replenished

  • Working cooperatively with Housekeeping, Nursing, and other departments

  • Helping maintain a clean, comfortable environment for our residents

What We're Looking For
