Benefits for the Part Time Laundry Attendant position include:

Responsibilities for the Part Time Laundry Attendant position include:

  • Use of industrial washer and dryer.
  • Keep laundry area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
  • Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
  • Organize laundry and janitorial storage areas.
  • Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or the need for repairs or maintenance.
  • Assisting as needed in other specialty areas of the building, including assisted living, long-term care. and housekeeping.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Part Time Laundry Attendant position include:

  • Ironing, folding, storing, and delivering linens at all stages of the operation. 
  • Loading and unloading industrial sized washing machines and dryers. 
  • Maintaining cleanliness of laundry machinery and laundry area. 
  • Responding to all service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Organizing laundry and storage areas.
  • Notifying supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance.
  • Assisting as needed in other areas of the property as it relates to Environmental Services, including assisted living, long-term care areas, trash removal and public/general areas.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.
