Your Role as a Porter/Maintenance Technician:

As a Porter, you'll ensure that our restaurant operates at its best. This fast-paced role involves a mix of maintenance, organization, and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the Restaurant: Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the building, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Handling Supplies and Inventory: Accurately stock and organize food and supplies in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas using the First In-First Out (FIFO) method. Monitor shelf life and code dates to maintain quality standards.

Completing Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on restaurant equipment safely and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.

Exterior Care: Maintain the building's appearance, including landscaping and seasonal tasks like snow removal, ensuring a safe and attractive environment.
