Imagination Landscapes, a division of Oasis Lawncare, is seeking an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team in Springfield. This is a full-time position for a motivated leader with comprehensive knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and crew supervision.

Position Overview

The Landscaping Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, manage crews, and ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily landscaping operations and field crews
  • Coordinate and execute landscape design and installation plans of both hardscapes and softscapes
  • Perform and oversee planting, pruning, mulching, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and flower beds
  • Constructing retaining walls, flagstone patios, paver patios, and walkways
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of landscaping experience including supervisory roles
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, soil management, and plant care
  • Ability to interpret and execute detailed landscape designs and plans
