Part-Time Opportunity

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to assist with office moves, furniture relocation, facility clean-up, disposal of surplus materials, and general building support tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working independently, and contributing to a safe and organized workplace. The Laborer will move office furniture, cubicles, filing cabinets, electronic equipment, and other materials throughout company facilities. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and a willingness to perform a variety of facility-related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Move office furniture, desks, chairs, cubicles, and other workplace equipment as directed.
  • Remove unwanted furniture, metal cabinets, and surplus materials for recycling or disposal.
  • Transport scrap metal items to designated dumpsters or collection areas.
  • Assist with the proper disposal and recycling of electronic equipment and other approved materials.
  • Load, unload, and relocate materials between buildings, offices, and storage areas.
  • Support office reconfigurations, departmental moves, and workspace setup projects.
  • Maintain clean and organized storage rooms, work areas, and loading zones.
  • Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Safely use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and similar tools to assemble or disassemble furniture and equipment.
  • Complete safety training, follow all company safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
