Job description

Mary's Woods is looking for a Server with exceptional communication and customer service skills to join our team. As a Server at Mary's Woods, you will be serving meals and creating a clean and beautiful table for residents and guests to enjoy while continuing to promote our mission and vision.
Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community founded in 2001. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care in a park-like setting on 40 acres in Lake Oswego. We pride ourselves on our rich heritage, spirit of caring and welcoming culture. We are seeking passionate team members to join us in fulfilling our mission and values.
Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:
  • Assist in the set-up of tables and the seating of residents
  • Must be courteous at all times, taking resident food orders, serving food, bussing tables, and resetting table once the resident has departed
  • Follow daily sanitation cleaning schedules
  • Must maintain a pleasant demeanor and demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • No experience required

Schedule:
  • This is a part-time position requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are seeking candidates who are available to work 3 days per week. Available shifts currently include Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. (4:00 PM - 8:45 PM)
