Job Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Aesthetician / Facialist to provide advanced facial treatments, deliver an exceptional client experience, and support the continued growth of our practice.


This role combines hands-on treatment delivery with client education and skincare guidance, playing a key role in maintaining our high standards of results, safety, and service.


You will conduct consultations, recommend personalized treatment plans, and deliver services while staying informed on evolving skincare protocols and industry trends.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments in alignment with licensure and training, including customized facials, chemical peels, and body treatments
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, including skin analysis, goal setting, and development of personalized skincare plans in collaboration with aesthetic injectors
  • Provide clear, thorough pre- and post-treatment guidance to support optimal outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting in accordance with practice standards
  • Recommend and educate clients on appropriate skincare products and treatment pathways that support long-term skin health
  • Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and infection control
  • Support clinic initiatives including service launches, promotions, and membership programs
  • Contribute to clinic performance by meeting individual and team-based revenue, utilization, and retail goals; actively participate in performance reviews and goal tracking
  • Stay current on industry trends, evolving treatment protocols, and advancements in skincare
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of clinic operations and the overall client experience


Requirements

  • Active Florida Aesthetician License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing aesthetic services as a licensed aesthetician


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting (medical spa, dermatology practice, or luxury spa)
  • Strong client communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Professional presentation and commitment to confidentiality in all client interactions
  • Ability to follow medical protocols, safety standards, and treatment guidelines
  • Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing during treatment services
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (equipment/boxes)
  • Ability to safely work with various tools and equipment

Open to part-time or full-time (Minimum 3 days/week)

Clinic hours: M-F


Compensation

Hourly + Commission (DOE)
