Go Store It

Some people walk past the piece of trash or ignore the leaky faucet.
You’re not that person.

You stop. You fix it.
Because you can’t stand leaving something half-done.

That’s who we hire.

The kind of person who shows up, keeps things running, and doesn’t need someone looking over their shoulder.

We hand you the keys.
You take care of the place.
And we take care of you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.

Greet tenants and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming first impression that supports rentals and retention.
Guide prospects through the rental process and close new rentals, answering questions about units, pricing, and availability.
Build relationships with current tenants to drive retention and reduce turnover.
Identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer experience on-site.
Online Reputation & Reviews
Maintain a clean, presentable property that encourages positive customer impressions and online reviews.
Provide service that earns five-star feedback, and—when appropriate—invite satisfied tenants to share their experience on Google.
Action any tenant concerns quickly and directly to resolve issues before they affect the site’s online reputation.

Why You’ll Like Working Here

Paid Time Off (PTO) eligible
No yelling, no drama, no favorites
We promote from within. Most of our supervisors started in this role.
Schedules are posted in advance. No guessing.
Tools and supplies provided. No paying out of pocket to do your job.

What You Don’t Need

You don’t need to be a maintenance expert. We’ll teach you.
You don’t need a college degree.
You don’t need a résumé full of titles. You just need to show up and do the work.

What You Do Need

High school graduation or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation
