School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pool Posting for Full Time or Part Time Positions for the 2026-2027 School Year | Greater Tacoma Area, WA
Ampersand Therapy is looking to hire Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming 26-27 school year in the Tacoma area. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This job posting is for future needs in the Greater Tacoma area. Whether you are a seasoned clinician or a CF candidate, we'd love to connect with you.
Job Highlights:
  • Location: Greater Tacoma Area
  • Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based
  • Schedule: Full Time or Part Time
  • School Year: Upcoming 26-27 School Year
Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
  • Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
