ROLE DESCRIPTION:Paula Traina State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a personal assistant to the owner.
Our ideal candidate is hardworking, trustworthy, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage household and office chores efficiently while providing personal assistance as needed. This role is perfect for someone looking to balance home life with a return to the workforce. Ten to twelve hours a week with a flexible schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the home and office, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying
  • Manage laundry duties: washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens
  • Prepare and cook meals according to dietary preferences and schedules
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other personal needs
  • Assist with organizing household supplies and managing inventory
  • Occasionally assist with personal errands

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cooking, or personal assistance preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
  • Basic cooking skills with the ability to prepare nutritious meals
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a plus (if errands require driving)
