Administrative Assistant (Accounts & Invoicing) – Part-Time ContractCompany: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner)HireNow SnapshotHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join one of our valued client partners in the beauty industry. This position supports day-to-day accounts and invoicing operations and is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a structured office environment where accuracy, organization, and accountability are essential.This is an English-language position. Korean bilingual skills are not required.Key Responsibilities
  • File, organize, and collect invoices for processing
  • Submit invoices accurately within the company's ERP system
  • Enter invoice information with a high level of accuracy
  • Process vendor payments through Bill.com
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and operations teams
  • Assist with document management and invoice tracking
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments regarding invoice processing
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience with hands-on accounts and invoicing responsibilities
  • Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or comparable accounting software
  • Working knowledge of Bill.com
  • Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Must reside near Los Angeles, California and be able to work onsite
  • U.S.-based applicants only. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
  • Previous experience supporting accounting or finance teams
