Job Summary:

Appointment Coordinator’s act as the liaison between the Service Department and its’ customers. The position is mainly focused on scheduling service appointments while also supporting other department activities such as data entry, filing, handling of loaner cars, etc.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedules vehicle service appointments for customers;
  • Answers incoming calls and internet leads;
  • Advises appropriate services needed for clients car;
  • Maintains detailed notes on customer interactions;
  • Assists Service Advisors as needed with tasks;
  • Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
