FROSTER PART TIME

The Tulsa Nothing Bundt Cakes location is open Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 7:00PM, Saturdays from 10AM to 6PM and Sundays from 11AM to 4PM. We are in South Tulsa at 7890 E. 106th Place, Tulsa OK 74133 in The Vineyard Shopping Center.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests by meeting production demands. The Froster makes our signature frosting, utilizing our techniques to frost all our delicious cakes.
*** Please note that this is for a Part Time Froster position at the Tulsa location. ***
Education and Work Requirements:
  • Applicant must be 16 years of age or older.
  • No experience necessary. We will train on site.
  • Previous experience in a retail, bakery or restaurant setting is a plus.
  • Must obtain a food handler's permit once hired.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow the Nothing Bundt Cakes frosting recipe and application methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
  • Utilize bakery equipment to frost cakes accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case.
  • Maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
  • Adhere to the proper product rotation standards, helping maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
  • Monitor inventory of frosting supplies.
  • Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure Nothing Bundt Cakes standards are met.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock the frosting work station.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Work Availability:
  • Must be available to work 10-20 hours a week. (Part Time Time)
  • Must be available to work various weekday shifts between 8:30AM and 7:00PM.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 2 Saturday shifts a month between 9:30AM and 6:00PM.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 2 Sunday shifts a month between 10:30AM and 4:00PM.
  • Must be able to work additional hours during the holiday season as needed: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Can understand written and oral directions and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
  • Understands basic units of measurement used within the U.S.
  • Has the ability to perform repetitive tasks that require precise and continuous movement of the arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Has the ability to lift moderate to heavy items (up to 50lbs).
  • Has the ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work on a fast-paced production schedule.
  • Possesses an attention to detail and the ability to adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards.
