Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Job Interviewer - Recruiter  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Interviewing 7D and CDL Drivers or Other Drivers and has a strong background in administrative duties including but not limited to, experience with School Bus Transportation Contracts,  and Contracts for Out of District Students Transportation and Mckinney Vento Students. This position can be partially or and Partially On site. You will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential candidates for a 7D Driver Positions and CDL Driver Positions, evaluating their skills, experience, and fit for the role by asking targeted questions, assessing their responses, and making recommendations to the Hiring Manager regarding their suitability for the job. 
Key responsibilities of the Position:
Conducting interviews Both Onsite at the House in Medford MA and on Zoom / Over the Phone:
Initiating and leading structured or unstructured interviews with prospective candidates, either in person or virtually.
Reviewing applications:
Analyzing candidate resumes and cover letters to identify qualified applicants for interviews.
Asking relevant questions:
Formulating and posing questions to assess a candidate's skills, experience, knowledge, and cultural fit for the role.
Evaluating candidate responses:
Actively listening to candidate answers, taking notes, and analyzing their qualifications against the job requirements.
Providing feedback to hiring managers:
Summarizing interview findings, highlighting key strengths and weaknesses of candidates, and recommending the most suitable individuals for the position.
Maintaining interview records:
Documenting interview details, candidate information, and feedback in a standardized system.
Adhering to interview guidelines:
Following established company policies and procedures regarding interview protocols and diversity practices. 
Required skills for a job interviewer:
Strong communication skills:
Ability to ask clear, concise questions and effectively listen to candidate responses.
Critical thinking:
Analyzing candidate answers to identify potential strengths, weaknesses, and inconsistencies.


 Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience working with 7D Drivers and CDL Drivers in an Office Setting or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

   - Administrative Duties:
    - May include Manage and respond to Candidate emails and phone calls.
    - Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with Job Candidates.
    - Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents.
    - Assist in managing company files and records.
    - Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
 
- General Support:
    - Provide support to other team members as needed.
    - Assist in streamlining office processes and improving efficiency.
