Job description

Position Summary The Audio Producer is responsible for producing high-quality audio content that supports the mission and ministry of Evangelism Explosion International. This position oversees the recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and delivery of podcasts, training materials, interviews, promotional content, and other audio resources. The Audio Producer works collaboratively with ministry leaders, communications staff, and creative team members to ensure audio productions are engaging, technically excellent, and aligned with the organization's brand and mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Record, edit, mix, and master audio for podcasts, training courses, devotionals, promotional materials, and other ministry projects. Set up and operate professional audio recording equipment for studio and on-location productions. Enhance audio quality through noise reduction, equalization, compression, and mastering techniques.

Coordinate recording sessions with speakers, hosts, and guests. Organize and maintain audio project files, archives, and media assets. Collaborate with the communications and creative teams to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Prepare audio files for distribution across digital platforms, websites, podcasts, streaming services, and social media. Maintain and troubleshoot audio equipment and recommend upgrades as needed. Ensure all audio content reflects Evangelism Explosion International's mission, values, and quality standards.

Stay current with industry best practices, audio production technologies, and software. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in professional audio recording, editing, and production. Proficiency with digital audio workstation (DAW) software such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Reaper, or similar applications.

Knowledge of microphones, mixers, signal flow, and audio recording techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality audio. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with ministry staff and volunteers.

Work ScheduleThis is a part-time position. Hours will be scheduled based on ministry needs and project requirements.
