SHŌTŌ WASHINGTON DC - OPEN CALL WALK-IN JOB FAIR - MONDAY - SATURDAY 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

SHŌTŌ Washington DC is the latest concept from globally renowned restaurateur and venture capitalist, Arjun Waney (ZUMA, ROKA, COYA, La Petite Maison [LPM] & The Arts Club).

Launching in the heart of the Nation's Capital, SHŌTŌ offers a contemporary and sophisticated twist on the Japanese izakaya-style of informal dining, while respecting traditional technique and commitment to culture.

The 140-seat boutique Japanese restaurant is designed by world-renowned interior designer Noriyoshi Muramatsu of Studio Glitt in Tokyo and features a bar-lounge area, wine, sake, and whisky cellars, open kitchen with robata grill and sushi counter seating, private dining rooms, and an intimate landscaped outdoor terrace.

Showcasing the unique flavors of modern Japanese-influenced cuisine, the menu will feature a variety of shared plates including snacks, sushi, tempura as well as skewers, meats, fish, poultry, and seafood options from the robata grill. The high-energy bar and lounge at SHŌTŌ will offer bespoke hand-crafted specialty cocktails as well as an extensive selection of Japanese Sake, Shochu, and rare hard-to-find Whisky.

SHŌTŌ Washington DC will be open seven days a week for dinner from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM and for weekday lunch Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. SHŌTŌ Washington DC is located at Midtown Center, 1100 15th Street NW, Washington DC 20005. Our entrance is located on L Street NW between 16th Street NW and 15th Street NW.

Please note that we will be conducting in-person interviews on a WALK-IN basis MONDAY - SATURDAY from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. No appointment is required.
