Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash
  • Create and retain new customer relations, including sales of monthly wash packages
  • Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems to operate car wash equipment
  • Help maintain wash equipment and perform routine care as needed
  • Oversee all property aesthetics
  • Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and property
  • Monitor wash quality of each vehicle

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is may be part or full-time. On average, part-time team members will work 16-24 hours a week, while full-time team members will work 30-40 hours per week. This position requires weekend work shifts.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc.
  • Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
  • Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
  • Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
