Job description

As a Special Services Receptionist / Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our staff and visitors. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional. You will manage various administrative tasks while assisting our specialized services team in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Rate of Pay and Job Description:

  • This position is a Level 2 on the District Clerical hourly rate schedule. Pay is determined by years of applicable, paid experience, $15.78-$21.08/hr.

General Benefit Information -

  • Positions (or a combination of two positions) working more than 20 hours per week are considered full-time and will qualify for full benefits including health insurance, supplemental insurance options, medical and dependent flex spending accounts, and paid, accumulated sick leave.   • Eligible for 11-17 paid holidays depending on number of months on your regular schedule
