Lalor Family Dental, a family-owned practice with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Payment Poster to help manage insurance reimbursements and maintain accurate patient accounts.

What You'll Do
  • Post insurance payments, adjustments, and denials accurately into our dental practice management system.
  • Reconcile insurance payments and identify discrepancies or underpayments.
  • Maintain accurate patient account records and payment histories.
  • Coordinate with insurance, billing, and front desk teams to resolve account issues.
  • Assist with insurance follow-up and account research as needed.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with office policies.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or current college enrollment preferred.
  • Previous experience with dental or medical billing, insurance posting, or bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial information.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, and data entry).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
