BAL Labs is a privately-owned Audiology practice in Cupertino, CA. help patients in our community and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. Bal Labs Hearing Center does more than provide hearing aids. We guide your brain through a structured, multi stage treatment process that helps it relearn and reconnect with the world of sound.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

Weโ€™re seeking an exceptional Part-Time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you passionate about providing the best patient care as part of a growing team? We look forward to learning more about you!

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations

  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education

  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patientโ€™s needs

  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting

  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information

  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events

What Youโ€™ll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients

  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology

  • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese preferred but not mandatory

  • Active CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensure

  • Patient-centered approach with great listening skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others

  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals

  • Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $50-$60/hour plus commission potential
