PILATES INSTRUCTOR - GROWTH TRACK TO LEAD ROLE
Part-Time | BODYBAR Pilates Exton | Nirvana Vitality Pilates, LLC
PAY: $36-$55/hr teaching (based on experience & class size), with a path to an Instructor Lead role at $25-$29/hr fixed + up to $750/mo bonus
SCHEDULE: Flexible part-time - minimum 16 hrs/week, mix of morning/evening/weekend classes
We're opening BODYBAR Pilates Exton in November 2026, and we're building our founding instructor team now. Teach reformer Pilates classes built on strength, form, and energy - and if you want more, step into an Instructor Lead role overseeing scheduling, subs, and team standards for extra pay.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Teach form-focused, high-energy reformer Pilates classes for all fitness levels
- Build relationships with members that keep them coming back
- (Lead track, optional) Own the class schedule, secure subs, track attendance and retention KPIs, and help set the standard for new instructors joining the team
WHAT YOU NEED- Available for a minimum of 24 hrs/week, with flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends
- No certification required to apply - BODYBAR-paid training and certification provided for the right candidate
- Prior fitness, dance, or coaching experience a plus
- CPR & AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable learning scheduling software (Mindbody) - we'll train you
