Job description

CES is looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to visit healthcare facility locations to collect data used to establish a company’s compliance with federal regulations.
This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis. Site Inspectors help collect information on medical providers and suppliers to determine if the business is operational, meaning the provider has a location and is open to the public for the purpose of providing healthcare related services at the address given.
Job duties include:
· Driving to multiple locations
· Completing a survey form
· Taking GPS enabled photographs with a cellular device
· Uploading survey and pictures online
Candidates must have the following:
Valid Drivers License
· Reliable transportation
· Camera phone (Smart phone with geo-location abilities)
· Personal computer with high-speed internet access
· Attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· Strict adherence to deadlines
A basic site visit takes from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the ease of accessing the location and does not require contact with personnel at the location. For detailed visits, typically an independent diagnostic lab facility, it is required to make contact with personnel in the location and a visit takes about 30 minutes. Depending on case volume, multiple site visits can be done in a single day. CES does not pay any transportation costs to get to and from any of the locations. At a minimum, Inspectors are expected to cover a 40-mile radius. Payment is made per successful site visit.
RATES:
Observational Site Visit - $35.00 per successful site visit
Detailed Site Visit - $45.00-55.00 per successful site visit
Personnel applying for the positions must pass a background check and complete an online training program prior to being assigned to inspections.
This is PART TIME independent contractor work (1099). As such, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking for supplemental income. (Students, retirees, independent contractors, anyone looking for part time income).
