Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties, assessing overall condition, and identifying potential issues. This role is critical in delivering accurate, comprehensive, and professional inspection reports to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties including homes, apartments, and condominiums

  • Evaluate structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, roofing, and other property components

  • Perform quality inspections to ensure properties meet established standards and safety requirements

  • Collect inspection data and document findings using inspection software and reporting tools

  • Identify defects, damages, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards while recommending corrective actions

  • Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed inspection reports for clients

  • Communicate inspection findings professionally and answer client questions regarding property conditions

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service throughout the inspection process
