******DIRECT HIRE********
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34.13 per hour plus a $2 premium
Shift available: 2nd shift; 3pm-11pm OR 3rd shift; 11pm - 7am; Sun - Thurs
What’s a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You’ll be:
- Assessing product conformance to customer requirements through tollgate inspections, including various measurements and visual inspections.
- Verifying product quality through electrical tests such as ratio, high-pot, and megger tests.
- Conducting audits of documents, processes, and products to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and customer specifications.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least five years of related experience in transformer technical processes (preferred).
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2-year technical degree in an engineering-related field and ASQ certification as a quality technician is desirable.
- Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
