Job description

As a Program Analyst, you will serves as the senior expert, Program Analyst, providing authoritative leadership and expertise to the IT Products Service Center and OneGov stakeholder engagements.ย 

Location of position: ย Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Acquisition Solution Development (ASD), Office of Category Management, IT Products Service Center.

We are currently filling two vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Qualifications:

The GS-15 salary range starts at $150,359 per year.ย ย 
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-15 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience managing and evaluating complex program or portfolio operations that involve analyzing market trends, vendor performance, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions. Experience must include activities such as:ย 

  • Leading cross-functional initiatives that integrate financial, performance, and workforce planning;

  • Advising senior leaders on compliance, policy, or governance issues that affect program or vendor relationships;

  • Developing and implementing strategies or business models to enhance program performance or organizational effectiveness.
