We're looking for an part-time IT Intern for the 26-27 school year who's eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and wants hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

This is a great opportunity to build real-world technical skills while working alongside a supportive IT team that keeps our business running strong.

What You'll Do

As an IT Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our team members with day-to-day technical needs. You'll gain experience across a wide range of IT functions, including:

  • Setting up workstations, including computers, peripherals, and software
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues (HDDs, keyboards, mice, etc.)
  • Installing and configuring software and security applications
  • Building and preparing PCs for use across multiple locations
  • Assisting with technology inventory management
  • Monitoring IT support requests and updating service tickets
  • Partnering with team members to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Supporting additional IT projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with ability to meet insurance requirements is required
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Experience building or repairing PCs and hardware
  • Familiarity with Windows environments, operating systems, and basic networking and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ConnectWise is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills and ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
