St. Joseph Kervick Residence in Rutland is looking to hire a part-time LNA or Nurse Aide - Evening Shift hours available.


St. Joseph Kervick Residence is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LNA or Nurse Aide dedicated to delivering exceptional care to active seniors in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Youll use strong communication and organizational skills to assist with daily care needs, and champion resident dignity and independence. LNA/Nurse Aide Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

As an LNA or Nurse Aide, youll be a vital part of our residents daily lives, helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting residents with mobility and comfort
  • Providing care according to residents care plans.
  • Communicating observations to nursing staff
  • Maintaining a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.
  • Documenting resident information in charts by completing reports, logs and records
  • Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture


LNA/Nuse Aide Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • LNA license preferred but not required.
