Position Summary:

This Part-Time position provide excellent customer service to patrons frequenting the Service Station.

Essential Functions:

  1. Handle cash/credit card transactions from patrons for product at the Service Station.
  2. Fill up gas tanks when necessary.
  3. Deal with customers in a courteous and effective manner.
  4. Collect and dispose of trash outside.
  5. Charge purchases to customer’s credit cards, provide customers with receipts.
  6. Answer questions and provide directions if needed.
  7. Flexibility in scheduling days, evening, and weekends is necessary
  8. Perform other tasks as needed.

Contacts:

This position deals frequently with managers at all levels both inside and outside the company and suppliers.

Other Tasks:

Performs other tasks as requested.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience:

Previous customer service experience required.

Equipment used:

Cash register, gas pump, basic cleaning items, etc.

Desicions Made:

Most decisions are specific and routine. Questions are referred to immediate supervisor.
