Founded in 2015, our mission has been to design and create earth-conscious, exquisitely crafted engagement rings and fine jewelry that our clients will cherish for a lifetime. Our custom process has always set us apart. We choose to work with lab grown diamonds and gems and recycled precious metals. We love creating jewelry that requires no new mining, and is better for our planet and the people on it. Our pieces reflect our love for each other and hope for the future.

What You’ll Do:
As a Design Consultant, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable, personalized experiences for our clients. From their first spark of inspiration to the moment they receive their finished piece.
  • Guide clients through the full consultation and custom design process with care, expertise, and attention to detail
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their vision and helping bring it to life
  • Drive sales by confidently guiding clients toward purchase decisions while maintaining a high level of trust and service
  • Manage incoming leads and move them through the pipeline with timely, thoughtful follow-up
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and internal teams throughout each project
  • Provide knowledgeable support on jewelry, materials, and in-store processes to answer questions and problem-solve effectively
  • Ensure all orders and projects are tracked, organized, and completed accurately and on time
  • Contribute to a warm, polished, and welcoming showroom environment that reflects our brand
  • Support day-to-day showroom operations, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
Compensation & Schedule
Saturday required 
Monday 11-4, Friday 11-4, Saturday 9:30-5:30
Additional hours may be available depending on your availability and company needs 

$20 – $25 per hour DOE + profit sharing
