Join us for a fun-filled summer as a Host/Hostess at BOTTAIA Pool Bar & Café!

At BOTTAIA Winery, we bring wine country charm and resort-style relaxation together. Our semi-Olympic pool, private cabines, splash pad, and lively Pool Bar & Café create an exclusive oasis where guests sip, swim, and soak up the sun all summer long. As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests warmly and set the stage for a seamless experience.

Job Summary:

As a Seasonal Host/Hostess, you’ll greet guests, manage seating, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This role is 100% outdoors in the heat—perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, sun-soaked setting.

Schedule:

  • Seasonal (May–October), weekends and holidays required.
  • Wednesday- Sunday

Compensation: $16.90 hourly + TIPS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use TOCK Reservation and TOAST POS systems.
  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Manage seating and wait times efficiently.
  • Sellcabines,day passes,merchandise,andassistguests with needs.
  • Answer phone inquiries and provideaccuratewait times.
  • Work with the team to ensure smooth service.
  • Keep poolside and café areas clean and organized.
  • Assistwith guest requests andmaintaina fun atmosphere.
  • Ensure guest safety and uphold all service standards.
  • Thankguests and invite them to return.
  • Perform other duties as assignedby yourManager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to stand forlong periodsandlift upto 30 lbs.
  • Comfortable working 100% outdoors.
