Job description

Part-Time State Farm Agent Team Member wanted. We’re looking for a motivated, coachable individual to join our State Farm Insurance Agency This part-time In-Office role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.  Our agency office is located in Chicago (North-Side), and we prefer candidate who are short commute to our office.
Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm products and services
  • Identify, qualify, and document leads by gathering relevant information
  • Follow up on leads from campaigns and referrals and schedule appointments for licensed team members
  • Provide basic information and answer general questions about insurance options
  • Stay up to date on State Farm products and services
  • Maintain and update a CRM database of prospects and customer interactions
  • Follow all State Farm compliance and communication guidelines
  • Submit regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointments
Qualifications:
  • Insurance license preferred; must be able to obtain required licenses ASAP if not currently licensed
  • Proficient with CRM tools and data entry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of insurance (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Positive attitude, coachable, organized, reliable, and dependable
