About the position

COC Consulting is looking for a part-time in-house counsel. Assignments suitable to experience and skill level will include pre-suit preparation, employee disputes and related items, civil case handling, collections activity, demand letters, contract drafting and review, advise on operations, and management of other counsel in other states.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed Nevada attorney
  • 4+ years of experience in employment and business/contract law
